I went to beijjing Jan 2014 but no snow and I really want to see snowfall So when's the good time?

In the first week of Feb. there will be rainfall in the city, but it is just very light one. If you really wanna see snowfall, I suggest you go to Harbin, where light or heavy snowfall can both be enjoyed.
