I am travelling from Hangzhou and need to reach Xihai Hotel on Mt. Huangshan before noon.

Only one direct bus runs from Hangzhou West Bus Terminal to Taiping and it leaves at 06:20 in the morning. The bus fare is CNY112 per person. After getting to Taiping, transfer to another bus to Songgu'an (松谷庵) for the cable car.

5. I cannot find the bus service schedule from Hangzhou to Taiping cable car station. Does this bus stops at every small little town along the way?

1. There is an online booking website for the bus ticket, but it has no English version. Then you can try to dial their hotline for ticket booking: 0571-85260207
2. Surely yes. And there is only one bus available every day, so it would be best to book in advance.
3. There is a Home Inn very close to the bus terminal. You can stay there so that u can easily catch the bus.
4. I have no idea of that. But if you have booked this hotel, you can try to ask them to help. After all, it is so close to the bus terminal. If they are willing to help, you can give some tip for thanks when you arrive.
5. The destination of the bus should be Taiping instead of Taiping Cable Car. Upon getting to Taiping, you can easily transfer to a local bus or catch a taxi for the cable car.
