American citizen visiting my daughter living in Guangzhou with a permanent residence visa/work Z

What type do I need?
Flying into Hong Kong & transferring to a flight to Guangzhou

How long will you plan to stay?
If you want to stay for over 180 days, you can apply for a S1 type. If you just want to apply for a several weeks or less than 180 days, you can apply for a S2 or even a Tourist L.
