About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Visit Shanghai during the Chinese New Year

Plan to visit from 18.02.15 to 22.02.15 (this coming Chinese New Year) but friends told me that the city will be jam packed with local and foreign tourists. Is it true?

Yes, you are right, there will be a lot of people and foreign tourists at that time, quite crowded in most attactions. So i suggest you go there later, avoiding the peak season.
