About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Are there elevators, not escalator, to every floor of the railway stations in Shanghai and in Beijin

Are there elevators to each floor of the railroad stations in Shanghai and in Beijing, since escalators do not help me as I ride a mobility scooter to get around and cannot walk up or down stairs at all and the scooters will not be able to go on the escalator and is too heavy for my wife to help me carry up or down escalators which are in and of themselves dangerous for me to try to get on and get off.

There are elevators available, but most time it isn't work in fact. You can find the railway staff and they may open it for you or they will help you to go get your destination.
