About:Getting to Dongguan

I intend going to Dongguan and I will be taking visa to China

If I visit KONG KONG from DG for few days, Do I have to get separate VISA to HK.

Yes, apart from the China visa, you need to apply for a HK visa as well. It would be best to apply for that in your country in advance, also at Chinese embassy or consulate.
