If your friend can provide you an invitation letter, you can use the letter, your valid passport, application form with a recent taken photo to apply for that Tourist L with duration of 60 days. Then the embassy will issue you a suitable type based on your documents.

If you want to apply for a 60-day one, you are suggested to write your detail itinerary on that application form.
