Would you mind tell me which country's passport do you have?
In general, almost everyone can travel to HK. However, someone needs to apply for a visa, while someone are free to enter for certain days.

If you do not have a passport, the travel document may not be accepted in other countries. You are suggested to consult the HK Immigration Department directly.
