Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 at PEK

I am traveling through Beijing next week arriving at Terminal 3 at 16:05 and leaving from Terminal 2 at 17:40. Everything I've read seems that this is a too-short turnover. Considering I will have to retrieve checked luggage, take a shuttle to the next terminal, and checkin for the next flight, I am worried about this time constraint. (95 minutes between terminals 3 and 2).

What is the likelihood I will miss/catch my connecting flight?
