About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

LHR to Tokyo air china with 1hr 5 min terminal 3 transit.

If I miss the transit as the stop is too short. The ticket is straight through so the airline sell with the short transfer. Which is tight, if I can’t make it although I called them and they said it’s their responsibility. What do I do if I can’t make the transfer even if it is all in terminal 3? Will air china just put me on the next flight and if so who do I speak to?

I think the time is enough because with an interline ticket, you just need to go through a simple security check at Capital Airport for the next flight.
