Airport Shuttle to Chengdu Airport Apartment Hotel

Hi
I've booked a stay at Shuangliu International Airport Apartment Hotel and on a website it said a free airport shuttle is provided. I've tried contacting the airport directly but no such luck. Do they have a designated shuttle pick up or does it depend on the guest and when they arrive?
