About:China Work Visa

Not everyday case, is there exception for me to get Z visa?

I am currently on q1 rype (my wife is Chinese) and we will have a baby in a month.
I found a job and signed contract in my country, the employer is in the process of registering the company in China and he wants me to represent them here.
I have a bachelor degree but I finished in 2013 so no place to put 2 years post-graduate experience yet.

Are there any exceptions to the 2 years experience rule? Is there a way for me to get Z type?
Technically speaking since I have a family here I also need to work. I've heard that transfering from q to z is easier but I don't know the details.

Worst case scenario can I represent the company on business type?

Also, since I am living in China, can my experience grow in another country? i.e. I work for company in my home country and I use laptop to work, I reside in China but all the stuff I do has nothing to do with China, would such an experience count?

What options do I have?

Thank you for all the help

There is no exceptions to the 2 years working experience, but the working experience in your home country can be used. Actually, the working experience is used for applying Work Permit in China for your company. If you can company can help you to get a Work Permit, you do not need to worry about it. For this issue, you may need to communicate with your company.

Based on my information, changing Q2 to Work Z is not easy within China mainland, however you can try to apply for one HK through a local agency with work permit, valid passport, application form, a recent taken photo, an invitation letter from your company.

You cannot work with a business type and it is illegal.
