Is there Train connection from Thailand to Taiwan?

We are group of 20 travelling. Air fare in escalating our budget please let me know if there is a Rapid Transit or Train connection, be it direct or with halt from Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket) to TW (Taipei, Zuoying)?
