About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Can an Australian foreigner obtain z visa from Chinese embassy in Korea? -- scott and minda

Has this been tested and proved? Is the answer to this question an official one, or merely a suggestion? I am in the exact same situation.
Also, some people cannot physically attend the Embassy in person.

Do you live in Korea for a long time or you just go there for visiting?
Based on my information, if you want to apply in Korea, you need to provide your ARC card with at least 6 months remaining validity. If you do not have it, you cannot apply in Korea. You can also try to confirm it with the local tour agency for detail information.

I heard applying Z in HK may be available, so you can have a try.
