Can I get a visa at the border between Burma and China to travel in yunnan and kuming easily?

You cannot do that. According to Chinese policy, VOA is only available for certain cities such as Shenzhen. Tourists need to apply one in advance before traveling if you travel to other places. You are suggeste to apply in Chinese embassy in Burma in advance.
