Can I get VOA at Shekou Port

Hi , We will be traveling from Macau to Shenzhen at first we were going to go back to Kowloon then take the train and enter through the Lu Wu boarder but someone suggested enter at the Shekoa Port , just wondering if we can get a VOA there? We are holders of Canadian passports?
