About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Who pays the application fee of the work permit and residence permit

Hi, can somebody sent me a link where it is state who is responsible for paying the working permit + residence permit fee if it is not written in the contract.

Personally speaking, the company will pay for the work permit since this permit is issued by the company. The resident permit is paid by you, since you need to apply for this permit in person when you are in China.

There is no such kind of document to show it. It is told based on the law and pratical things.
