Requirements if a comoany pays for trip

The company/medical institution im working is paying for the tour of 20doctors as incentive. What are the requiremnts needed

Angel, if you want to apply for business M or visit F type, the required documents include passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a passport-style photo taken recently, and an invitation letter from the inviting company or medical institution, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
