About:Adopt Chinese Children

Adopting baby girl question

Hi. My husband and I wish to adopt a baby chinese girl. I am unable to have my own baby, but my husband has a 9year old son who lives with his mother. It says we must be childless to adopt, so would we not qualify? His son doesn't live with us, visits every other weekend. We meet every other requirement. Thank you in advance, Lisa
