About:Adopt Chinese Children

Adopting a disabled child

I am friendly with a poor family in China who have 3 girls and a boy. The boy is 16 and disabled since a car accident when he was 10. The family struggle to look after him. Can I adopt him and bring him to England where I can care for him?
