Hello, how do I get to Hangzhou from Shanghai? Thanks.

I woud like to make a 1day trip to HZ. For which i would like to take the earliest or 1morning train from Shanghai and the last train to get back. is it possible to see the major sightseeing in 1 day and please suggest travel by train. Thanks Yogi
