hi i'm holding australian pasport. how do i get voa to enter shenzhen?

I heard that needs to pass hongkong immigration first ? and only at Lowu port. is that correct?Thanks

You can get a VOA to enter Shenzhen. You are right that you need to pass the HK Immigration first. Then you need to pass China mainland Immigration at Luohu (Lowu) Port and the VOA should be applied at Luohu Port.
