I would like to know how soon can the application approval obtained. What are the necessary document needed for the application? I might not able to provide the flight ticket booking yet as i need to wait for the budget approval. Please enlighten me. Thank you.

Usually, the processing days are around four working days. If you are in an urgent, you are suggested to apply for an express service, which you can get in around two to three working days.

You need to provide your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo and your invitation letter to apply through your nearby CVASC. Since you will not going to apply for a Tourist type, the flight tickets are not necessary.

If it is an ugent matter, you can apply for an express service and you can get it in around 2 to 3 working days after it is required. For other reasons, the time may not be shorten.

If you have an official passport for joining the course, you may need to consult the embassy directly for detail information.
