About:China Tour Planning

I will transit in shanghai for 7 hours before departing for Beijing.

Hi, I plan to tour shanghai before returning to the airport. Is that possible? Please advise the procedure if that is possible to return in time for check -in. I have multiple entries.

Ang, did you mean you have multple entries visa? If so, you won't have any trouble in exiting the airport for a short trip in Shanghai.

I think you may visit Bund area if you like. There you can experience a modern Shanghai and enjoy the landscapes along the Yangtze River.

The multiple entry has no relevance to your question. It refers to the number of times you can enter the country on the visa. Once you enter in Shanghai you do not reenter in beijing
