Our Company Asia Airblast Pte Ltd located in Singapore is organizing a Staff Incentive Holiday Tour to Tokyo Japan from 3rd Oct to 6th Oct 2014.  We have a China staff stationed in China who will be joining us flying from Beijing to Tokyo. All my staff's expenses are being paid for by our Company and we have already purchased the air ticket and also have paid for the hotel reservation for him.Kindly advise what is the procedure for our China staff to apply to Japan.Thank you and best regards.K M Nair

Your China staff can only apply through a local tour agency. It is suggested to ask your staff to find more information on the Japan Embassy in China for detail information. The agency's name list is provided on that website.
