How can I buy a bus ticket from Beijing to Chengdu?

There are several trains, but apparently all are full for the next week. How and where can I buy a bus tickets? And how much should such a ticket cost?

But there is no long-distance bus runing between. Then I suggest you take a direct plane to travel.
