US citizen traveling in germany and need to obtain chinese visa

Hi, I am an American citizen traveling in Germany and need to obtain a tourist L to visit China for one week. How do I go about applying for it while I am in Germany?

Hi, since you are traveling in Germany, it is suggested to consult the local Chinese embassy directly for application issue. The information I got shown that only people who hold local residence permit or working permi can apply in Germany. So in order to avoid getting rejected, you are suggested to consult first.
