Is there a free shuttle bus from Kowloon Station to Guangdong Hotel at Prat Ave.?

No, there is no free shuttle bus to your hotel directly. But you take the bus line K4 to Park Hotel and then walk along the Chatham Road to your hotel.
Or you can take the bus A21 from the airport to Mody Road, Chatham Road South. Then walk to your hotel.
