It is suggested to apply for a Transit/Visit Type for meeting your cousine in HK.
For applying it, you need to prepare your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, your bank statement (if any) and your flight tickets to HK.
If you cousine invite you to go, you still need to provide an invitation letter from him, his travel document and a application form together with yours for application.
