My flight is Singapore-Guangzhou-Los Angeles. Transit in Guangzhou less than 72 hours. Within these 72 hours, am I allow to go to Foshan, where is 20km (about half hour by bus or underground metro) from Guangzhou? as when I read above, it said you cannot go to other cities during the transit period.
