i plan to visit beijing for 7days in april or may 2015,what is the best date if i want to see tulips

I also wanna see cherry blossoms?

regarding my early post,what i mean was to see tulips and cherry blossoms in full bloom!!TQ

It is best to see the full blossom of them during mid Apr. to end of Apr.
