About:FAQ on China Postal Service

I don't get USPS at my house

Usps doesn't deliver to homes where I live only Fed Ex and UPS ect. when ordering clothing items through China Post Air should I use my po box or home address?

According to what I find out, it's ok for China Post to send parcels to the PO BOX. But you should provide your phone number so that the post office can inform to pick up your parcel. The normal process is that your will receive a notice in your box when the parcel arrives. Then you hold the notice to pick up your parcel. But I suggest you ask how USPS deal with this.
