Is it possible to go and sit in the grass and read a book or is it too crowded ? And will there be a lantern festival this summer ? Thanks in advance for your replies :-)

If at weekends, it will be more crowded there, as I know, visitors cannot sit on the grass for protection of the grass. Besides, I’m afraid there is no lantern festival in this summer.
