What is the documents needed to apply resident permit for S1 visa holder.?

I'm a foreign worker on Z type and my wife wants to join me for long stay. She has been given S1 type and we need to apply resident permit for her. Pls, what is the procedure and the documents needed.

She needs to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to apply for residence permit.
For applying, she needs to provide her valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, Temporary Accommodation Registration Form, Health Certificate by local Inspection and Quarantine department and your marriage certificate authenticated by Chinese embassy in your country.

After you hand in these documents, she needs to wait around 15 working days to get the permit. For other details, she may need to ask the officer directly when she applying.
