train tickets delivered to hotel

Question

If I book a group of tickets for 10 or more travelers, and they are delivered to hotel, does each individual traveler have to be there and present their passport to pick up the tickets or can they be given to hotel staff

Dear Karen Shuman,Thank you for inquiry!You don't have to be at the hotel  and present to pick up ticket if  you book with us and use our delivery service. The tickets will be given the hotel staff, and you will get your ticket when you check in.
