regarding invitation letter from chinese tourist bureau

Me & my family is planing to visit china on December. Chinese embassy in Srilanka is asking  letter from the Chinese Tourist Bureau, how can I get this letter

You need to find a local tour agency or in China to help you to get one. This agency itself must organize tours in China for foreingers, otherwise, they cannot do that.
