will my visa in Hong kong be delayed?

I accidentally over stayed on my last visa, but I paid the fee and settled the issue with the visa office and bureau - will it delay? I'm Canadian going for a tourist type to go to china for 4 days to fly home to canada.

ALSO WHAT IS A LOCAL ID/ CITIZEN NUMBER? I dont think we have those in canada

Do you over stay in HK or China mainland?
If you over stay in China for your last time, the application for mainland China may delay, but it is hard to tell, because the embassy/consulate has the final right to decide.
If you over stay in HK, it will not affect your application for China mailand.

For the ID, it is a number for Chinese people on their ID card. If you do not have, you can write N/A on the application form.

I think you should call Beijing Airport Immigration Inspection at 0086-10-56095400 to confirm this.
