About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

South African in Korea do I apply in person at the embassy

I have an Arc card in Korea. Do.I apply at the embassy in Sep
In Seoul in person

The embassy does not accept the application. You need to apply through the nearest CVASC in that country for application.
