About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Does anyone know if i can land in HKG, collect my luggage and put it in storage, then get the ferry?

I'm afraid not. To take ferry at HKIA, you don't need to go through the immigration and your luggage will be directly transported to the next destination. If you pass the immigration to store your luggage, u won't be allowed to catch the ferry.
