Can I enter HONG KONG city for a local tour. Does I require visit visa?

I am an Indian citizen travelling to USA in Cathay Pacific Airways via Hong kong .There is a gap of seven hours to stay at HONG KONG before leaving to USA. If so how much amount I have to pay. MY usa visa is valid upto 2024 july. and my indian passport is valid up to 2021.
