Is there wheel chair in NJ South train Station?

What is a good, central location for me to meet friends coming to NJ South from other cities of China?

In the central waiting hall, there is a Meishan 158 counter that provides wheel chair.
If you will meet your coming friends in the station, you can pick up them in the station Exit. When they get out, you can see each other easily.
