wheelchair assistance

Hello, I have a flight from Guangzhou to Cairo with Egyptair on 15 January. I have wheelchair assistance stipulated on my air ticket. How can I access the wheelchair assistance, which I will need as soon as the airport shuttle bus drops me off outside the Departures concourse of Terminal 1. I can see a previous question, with your reply, giving a telephone number, but that number no longer exists.
