About:Shanghai Travel

Visa for Malaysian, currently staying in Japan

I am Malaysian and currently studying in Japan and plan to go to present my work to conference in Shanghai.
Can I download the visa form and what document that I need to prepare before I apply the China Visa? How long to receive the complete visa?

You can download the application form online and fill it in your computer. Then print it out. Besides, you need to have an invitation letter from the conference in China. With these two documents, you still need to provide your residence permit in Japan, you valid passport, a recent taken photo to apply for a visa through a local tour agency.
Usually the processing days are around 4 working days, so you can get your after 4 working days.
