About:Chinese Paper-cut Museum

Im a filipino travelling to the usa and stop over for 21hrs in beijing. is visa needed?

we plan to get a hotel out of airport.do I need to get one, if so where?

If you just stay in Beijing for around 21 hours, it is not needed.
You can use your onward flight tickets to USA and your passport, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit and get a stay permit to get out of the Beijing airport.
