About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I was convicted of a misdemeanor (Driving Under the Influence) should I report it on application?

I'm concerned that a misdemeanor may pop up on my Visa application, I'm a dependent but will also have a work type Will this delay the process & what do I need to furnish to show I have completed all I was asked by the court of CA? Thank you I leave on Aug. 26th.

If possible, you do not need to write it on the application form.
If you write it down, it will not affect your application, so please do not worry about it. They will not delay the processing days because of a misdemeanor.
