penalty for overstaying in China for 2 years

hi im katty ,
I just want to ask my friend is over staying in china for 2 years,and she want to go home in the philippines,how much she will pay for the penalty? and how she can travel?

According to the laws, overstaying will be fined at most 10,000RMB or detention for 5 to 15 days. For your friend's situation, she will, of course, need to pay for the fine around 10,000, but whether get a detention depends on your local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau.
After pay the fine, she will be asked to get out China within limited days.
