About:China Visa on Arrival

Any requirement for VISA application for Singaporean to Henan

Hi I am a Singaporean planning a trip to visit a friend in Henan, Zhenzhou for less than 15 days. Is there a need for me to apply in advance or am I exempted from requirement?
