About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

I will arrive at Hongqiao Airport at 1PM and i need to get to Pudong airport by 525PM

What is the quickest most convenient way to get there? Do i have to have a VISA to travel between airports considering i'm a U.S citizen?

The best option is to take a taxi. And you don't need a visa to travel between the two airports on account of the 72 hours visa free policy.
