About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

arrive PEK on Sep. 21, 5pm leave Sep. 24, 1pm for ICN. Then back to USA. Is this ok for 72 hr visa

It depends from which country do you arrive at PEK.

A 72h twov doesn't exist in Beijing anymore for a long time, just the 24/144h twov.
And keep in mind, it's not a visa, it's a transit without a visa.
