About:China Visa Exemption

Traveling to shenghai on business for 5 days from India

Hi, I need to travel to shanghai on business for 2 simultaneous trade fairs / exhibitions by sat week of this month , but it's only for 5 days , and fifth day I will be flying back to India. My registration with the trade fair authorities is confirmed and have reconvened my entry conformation. However I am unable to understand if I need to apply for a visa before hand from India or I can be done on arrival ? Kindly share the necessarily details that can be helpful .Thanks

You must apply for a M type before you go to China. Except for your passport, filled application form and a recent passport photo, you should provide the invitation letter from the trade fair and a company introduction letter that includes where you go exactly in China, who invites you and the contact information of the inviter.
